GRANTS TO SCHOOLS FOR ARTISTS RESIDENCIES - This grant (Artists in Education - Component 2) supports individual schools across BC to bring professional artists into their classrooms for a wide range of curriculum-integrated arts programs including workshops and long-term residencies. The selection of awards is determined by a committee based on the eligibility and merit of the artists and arts activities proposed by the schools.
Successful applications are student-centered projects that offer young people opportunities to deepen their learning, expand their understanding of the world and make meaning in new ways.
